7:30 am – 8:00 am
Student-Athlete drop off and Continental Breakfast.

8:00 am – 10:00 am
Athlete Performance Training and Recovery.

10:00 am – 11:00 am
Lunch Break.

11:00 am – 2:00 pm
Academic Focus and Life Skills Training.

2:00 – 2:30 pm
Student-Athlete pick up time.


One of the most overlooked areas of athlete development is nutrition. Student-Athletes are studying for hours, training multiple times a day and are expected to compete at the highest level during competition.
At Phase 1 we understand that if we are going to demand the best out of our athletes we must fuel them to be successful.

Each athlete in the Phase 1 Sports Academy will receive:

Complete athlete monthly nutrition plan.

Continental breakfast.

Healthy meal prep lunch.

Pre and post athlete suplementation.
